Job SummaryBeautifi is seeking a Senior Business Analyst Business Development to support the business development team with operational and administrative needs, as well as implementation of strategic initiatives. This role will report directly to the VP of Business Development, working closely with the business development team and strategy team to implement innovative solutions and enhance daily operations. This role will also support the VP of Business Development with administrative activities including schedule management, booking travel and other administrative tasks. Dont miss your chance to be at the forefront of our exciting journey and rapid growth!Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesConduct in-depth analysis of business development operations to identify opportunities for growth and operational improvementWork closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business development objectivesEvaluate and optimize business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for the business development teamAnalyze data trends and metrics to inform strategic decision-making and go-to-market planningDevelop KPIs to measure the success of business development team performance and strategies implementedChampion a culture of data-driven decision-making across the business development teamAssist in the planning and execution of business development initiatives, ensuring projects and programs are delivered on time and within scopeSupport the implementation of new processes, programs and systems, ensuring smooth integrations with existing business development operationsStay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape to provide insights that drive strategic initiativesDevelop and provide training materials for new programs and technology enhancementsReport directly to the VP of Business Development and support any administrative requirementsCoordinate and manage the VPs schedule, including meetings, appointments and travel arrangementsAssist in preparing for meetings by organizing agendas, compiling documents and necessary materials. Ensure follow up on meeting action itemsAssist in planning and coordinating events, such as team meetings, conferences and business functionsPrepare and reconcile expense reports, manage corporate card expenses and ensure adherence to company policiesAct as a liaison between the VP of Business Development, the Strategy team and other departments, clients and stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring a smooth workflowQualificationsBachelors degree in Business, Operations or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insightsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership effectivelyExperience in managing projects, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensuring timely executionProven ability to engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive strategic initiativesAn interest in technology with the ability to quickly learn new platforms or toolsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage time effectivelyStrong analytical capabilities and a love for dataA proven self-starter who thrives in a start-up environment with minimal structureThe ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmentIn-office position based in Toronto; must be willing to work in-officeLocationIdeal applicant will be based in Toronto, ON What we offerBase Salary ($65,000 - $80,000) commensurate with experienceBonuses based on performanceDental, Vision and Health Benefits 100% employer paidPaid VacationFun and energetic workplaceAdvancement opportunities for top-performersProfessional development opportunities
