We still make the trailers were known for, but we have expanded our product lineup to help meet the growing demand for energy in North America.THE ROLEThe Sales Manager is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating Sales Team activities, including market research, dealer management, and customer care in an effort to exceed sales targets. This role is responsible for driving sales growth by developing and executing strategies that increase market share, and enhancing customer relationships. This individual identifies revenue-generating opportunities; helps guide key client relationships that align with the TYCROP Trailers overarching mission and purpose; and supervises sales representatives to optimal performance, productivity, and efficiency through the deployment of effective sales methods and strategies.RESPONSIBILTIIESSales Strategy: Liaise with the COO to develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with TTIs capabilities and market demands. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and end-users. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence. Product Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, track industry trends, and gather competitive intelligence. Dealer Management: Execute a dealer network strategy based on market research, negotiate new dealer contracts, evaluate and monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and to determine need for changes.Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of TYCROP Trailers manufacturing processes, product specifications, and industry standards in order to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. Pricing and Negotiation: Develop pricing strategies that ensure profitability while remaining competitive in the market. Lead contract negotiations with key customers. Aftermarket Sales Support: Oversee all aftermarket sales services to ensure customer satisfaction in order to address any issues related to product performanceRevenue Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and prepare reporting on sales performance and targets and market trends ensuring consistent revenue streams for each product categoryContinuous Improvement: Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement new sales initiatives, tools and strategies to maximize output.People Management: Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, setting targes and monitoring performance, while leading training and motivating the team as needed.Collaboration with Production: Coordinate and monitor the work of the Sales Team. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of products. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity. Provide support where necessary.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, including contracts and customer requirements.
