We have the privilege to support this well-branded and respected Canadian Consumer Goods firm to identify its next Brand Manager.Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager will be a key player within the Marketing team to create the strategy, develop plans, produce, execute, and measure best-in-class North American marketing programs for B2B and B2C audiences.The Brand Marketing Manager will help develop & execute a winning Marketing strategy, commercialization plans and programs to drive brand awareness, brand equity, market share and sales growth across a variety of channels. The Brand Marketing Manager will collaborate across multi-functional stakeholder groups to develop and align the organization to the Brand Marketing plans while remaining flexible to capitalize on emerging opportunities. He/she will develop/refine the Marketing process to ensure efficient use of resources & enable speed to market.What you should expect:Responsible for designing, producing, and distributing a wide variety of B2B/B2C marketing collateral, customer-specific advertising, channel/customer programs, price books, website content, point of sale, development of merchandising solutions, Coop Marketing program, trade show Marketing etc.Be the voice of Brand Marketing in meetings that review R&D/Product Marketing pipeline projects, provide Brand Marketing commercial plan input and alignment to launch timelinesEnsure excellence in the execution of programs & adherence to critical trade milestones for communication and new product launch/season readiness launch windowsDevelop strong external vendor/supplier relationships to ensure best-in-class creative & executionBe a strong brand guardian both internally across the organization and externally, ensuring adherence to brand standardsWhat you should bring:Demonstrated experience in brand management, marketing and developing branded B2B and B2C programs that drove business resultsProven understanding of brand marketing fundamentalsStrategic big picture and tactical thinkerPersonable, able to adjust the personal style to work well with a variety of different personality types & skill setsAbility to organize, prioritize and display flexibility within a fast-paced work environmentProven strategic, annual brand planning & budgeting experienceHigh level of accuracy & attention to detailHigh collaboration orientation & ability to lead cross-functional teams & motivate othersCurious.
