As a manufacturer of high quality, high performing eyeglass lenses, we continuously aim to bring the best possible vision care solutions to eye care professionals.We are currently hiring a Territory Sales Manager position within our Safevision Division in Ontario!Whats in it for you?Health/Dental/Vision InsuranceTuition ReimbursementRRSP MatchingPTO and Paid HolidaysAnd more!What youll do:Executes sales strategies, marketing plans and develops a proactive sales plan which create a competitive advantage that delivers long-term partnerships with profitable growth.Plan and schedule customer seminars and/or other sales support activities necessary to drive sales growthPlan and execute prescription safety eyewear presentations, demonstrations and meetings for Health & Safety, Human Resources & Purchasing professionals within the assigned region.Demonstrates problem solving skills, ability to conduct needs analysis on a customer-by-customer basis to ensure appropriate safety solutions are found and employed.Follows all safety policies and procedures within Hoya, our customer locations and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.Maintain a high level of relevant optical product knowledge with a solid understanding of potential safety hazards within customer environments.Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with customers, prospects and SafeVision team members by being available and responsive to customers real-time needs.Collaborates with the Team, sharing best practices, provide support and ensure key performance indicators are met; attend sales meetings and meet with direct reporting Manager on a regular basis.Qualifications:3-5 years of Industrial Safety Sales Experience with a proven track recordFluently bilingual preferred (written and spoken), with excellent communication skills in French and EnglishAdvanced computer proficiency with MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Adobe/SF.com).Ability to travel within the territory (valid drivers license, and reliable vehicle required)Knowledge of the selling processDemonstrate team playing attitudePost secondary education in business and/or marketing preferred
