Job description CLEANING Sub-Contractors Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in various residential, commercial, and cottage cleaning tasks, including renovation, post construction, deep cleaning, rental property, and regular maintenance cleaning work. This role requires a hands-on approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team on diverse projects. The Subcontractor will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards and project timelines and follow Company Policies, Practices and Procedures. Duties Conduct cleaning procedures with safety and eco friendly top of mind. Inspections are randomly carried out. Must adhere and be compliant to company standards and expectations. Complete with in expected time and report upon completion. Must be able to communicate and be available while on location. Complete the jobs and all other details as per project specifications. Perform different tasks, including moving furniture, cleaning windows, decks, laundry, making beds, deep cleaning. Clean to a shine, safely and accurately. Utilize cleaning equipment effectively for various cleaning activities. Prepare detailed reports for projects based on client requirements. Collaborate with team lead manager and other subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times. Ensure a fully prepared, fully stocked and organized cleaning kit and functioning equipment. Requirements Proven experience in cleaning or closely related fields. Strong skills in deep cleaning, customer service, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, rental properties, communication, GPS required and own transportation. Familiarity Kawartha Lakes, with WHIMIS and cleaning practices is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience with Bluebeam or similar software for project documentation is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to read and follow instructions with efficiency and accurately. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
