Dave Van Pelt Farms Inc. is a family owned and operated farm and feedlot near Coaldale. We are seeking a full-time feed truck driver/ general farm & feedlot worker to join our small team. Wages are dependent on experience in the range of $24-26 per hour to start. We offer a stable work environment as well as health and dental benefits. Your main tasks will be to: Operate a feed truck and wheeled loader Deliver the feed to cattle as required Use a computer to record the feed fed to cattle Maintain the feed truck and loader (may include oil changes, washing and keeping the cab and engine clean and free of debris such as straw) Receive grain/feed commodities Assist with other duties which may include bedding cattle, yard maintenance, welding and general repair and maintenance Basic Requirements: Able to speak, read and write English Communicate well with others Valid Class 5 drivers licence (Class 3 or Class 1 is an asset) Values include dependability and honesty If you are looking for a place you can be part of a team, email your resume with references to
