SHIFT: Continental Night Shift (6pm-6am)PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Mechanics prime responsibility is the maintenance, repair, and the continuous improvement of all baking, packaging, process machinery and systems, including site auxiliary equipment, in a safe efficient manner.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Performs complex work assignments in the discipline with normal supervision.Performs routine work assignments in the following disciplines: electrical, welding.Proactively performs troubleshooting techniques in a logical manner on all equipment.Prepares work orders using a computerized maintenance management system (EAM/CMMS).Responsible for the Preventative Maintenance (PM) of all site equipment.
