Optimize inventory levels to strike a balance between inventory investment and customerservice targets Customer warehouse management ensuring optimal inventory levels while eliminatingstock-outs Troubleshoot issues affecting inventory integrity Process customer returns Drive outage elimination / on time delivery initiatives Reconcile finished goods consignment warehouse inventory including resolution of scrapallowance KPI Management including root cause analysis and suitable corrective action(s) toensure our customers needs are met Ensure alignment/success with the overall Supply Chain Vision and key objectivesWhat will you bring? 3 - 5 Years Automotive Customer Service Supervisor or commensurate experience Experience in a repetitive process assembly/manufacturing environment, preferably Tier1 automotive Experience conducting continuous improvement projects, utilizing lean principles andtools, root cause analysis and corrective action methodologies Must have ERP/MRPII business systems experience Optimize inventory levels to strike a balance between inventory investment and customerservice targets Customer warehouse management ensuring optimal inventory levels while eliminatingstock-outs Troubleshoot issues affecting inventory integrity Process customer returns Drive outage elimination / on time delivery initiatives Reconcile finished goods consignment warehouse inventory including resolution of scrapallowance KPI Management including root cause analysis and suitable corrective action(s) toensure our customers needs are met Ensure alignment/success with the overall Supply Chain Vision and key objectives
