As a company we value your contribution, we work with integrity, and we always put people first - so your impact really will change lives.Our Engineering Recruiter is accountable for:Sourcing & recruiting qualified Engineering talent (Mid to Senior level)In Canada: (Piping & Electrical Designers, Mechanical Engineers, Procurement Roles)In the USA (Project Engineers, Designers, Lab Tech & Admin roles)Being able to manage 8-15 requisitions at one time8-12+ requisitions in CanadaTo work on as needed requisitions in the USABeing able to communicate with hiring managers to find the best solution for their needs (in person launch call)Meet & greet the candidates at the gate, escort them to the managers office & sometimes sit in on the interviewsGrowing revenue & profitability for your portfolio of businessCreating, managing candidate pipelines, and assessing candidate qualificationsReviewing & prioritizing candidate activity including pre-screens and interviewsNegotiating and closing candidates with offers and confirming their startsActively networking (career fairs etc.) within the local Engineering marketQualifications:Requires a minimum of 3+ years experience within Staffing/Corporate Recruiting (ideally Engineering recruiting & sourcing talent (but not mandatory))Recruiting contract & direct hire candidates is strongly preferredExperience in recruiting processes (can show proven success in the recruiting process: sourcing, qualification, placement process, and closing temporary/contract & fulltime candidatesHaving a Bachelors degree is preferredBullhorn, LinkedIn, Indeed all nice to havesDriven to succeed - solutions orientedTeammate who embodies the Kelly team firstExcellent verbal/written communications and interpersonal skillsYour Opportunity for ImpactTechnical work takes proven expertise.
