This role is a unique blend of operations leadership, business growth, and innovation, requiring someone who thrives on delivering measurable results and scaling organizations to new levels. You will have full ownership of the divisions success, overseeing end-to-end operations, championing product excellence, and implementing strategies that align with Centras ambitious growth objectives.You will play a critical role in market expansion, ensuring Centra continues to set the benchmark in product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction within the building products industry. Identify opportunities for revenue expansion, geographic growth, and market dominance.Operational Excellence: Oversee the optimization of manufacturing operations across multiple facilities. Drive efficiencies, ensure on-time delivery, and maintain industry-leading quality standards.Market Expansion & B2B Leadership: Develop and implement strategies to expand Centras B2B footprint. Strengthen partnerships with key customers, deliver tailored solutions, and drive business growth.Product Innovation & Differentiation: Spearhead product development initiatives that align with customer needs and industry trends. Ensure innovation remains a cornerstone of Centras competitive advantage.Financial & Performance Accountability: Take ownership of divisional P&L, ensuring profitability, operational efficiencies, and financial sustainability. Use data and analytics to inform decisions, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team across manufacturing, sales, and operations. The ideal candidate bring strong financial acumen, decisive leadership, and an unwavering commitment to operational excellence.Key Qualifications & Experience:Industry Expertise: 10+ years of senior leadership experience in building products manufacturing, ideally in windows and doors or construction materials.Growth & Scalability: Demonstrated success in scaling a business unit, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share in competitive B2B sectors.Manufacturing Operations Mastery: Proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance quality, and improve operational efficiency across multiple facilities.Strategic Leadership: Experience setting and executing strategic initiatives that align operations, market growth, and financial performance.Financial Acumen: P&L leadership experience with a focus on profitability, cost management, and sustainable growth.Team Building: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow high-performing teams.B2B Market Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B dynamics, customer relationships, and business development strategies in the building products industry.Where is the job located? This role is based in Calgary, AB, home to our large-scale manufacturing facility.
