Receive and process policy changes as required. Ensure all changes are processed and recorded in a timely fashion. Process client and agent calls and assist with their requests. Investigate policies as needed. Keep systems up to date with changes/notes. Assist with other duties in the department as requested. Participate fully as a member of the team, promote team effectiveness and contribute to a positive work environment Ad hoc projects as assigned.
