As the Integrated Marketing Lead , you will bring our multi-channel marketing strategy to life with creativity and precision. From crafting impactful campaigns to executing cross-functional initiatives, youll ensure a cohesive and engaging presence across every touchpoint. In this role, you will have the freedom to experiment, refine, and innovate how we connect with our audience. Youll also pioneer new channels for us, including in-person and virtual events, gifting, and more. Joining as one of our first marketing hires, youll have the unique opportunity to rapidly grow your expertise and create a lasting impact on the company. In this role, your responsibilities would include: Designing, executing, and project managing integrated marketing campaigns of all sizes that connect seamlessly across multiple channels and teams to ensure a cohesive campaign experience. Expanding marketing initiatives, including events (in-person and virtual), gifting programs, and other innovative channels previously untapped at Hiive. Establishing and tracking marketing performance metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and uncover opportunities for growth. Collaborating with analytics and cross-functional teams to create data-driven feedback loops that refine and enhance campaign strategies. Managing budgets for major campaign initiatives, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to drive maximum impact. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in integrated, demand generation, or growth marketing. Experience creating and scaling events, both in-person and virtual. A very strong attention to detail with expert project management skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to predict future performance and measure campaign ROI effectively. Proficiency in A/B testing. Prior experience in a high-growth environment. A willingness to take action and move fast. Fluency in CRMs, specifically SFDC. Excitement about the mission of Hiive and the future were creating. Preferred Skills: Experience in fintech, marketplaces or highly regulated industries.
