About the Role This senior leadership position will oversee 4 homes in Alberta, driving growth and performance while enhancing quality of care and team member engagement. Analyze and develop operational plans for each home and the region to improve performance, elevate care standards, and boost team morale. Identify and champion initiatives to meet current and future needs of seniors and their families. Foster strong relationships with colleagues, community partners, and regulatory bodies to achieve results consistently. Drive organizational change to address the needs of residents, families, leaders, team members, and stakeholders. Build an effective leadership team by articulating expectations and inspiring commitment and performance. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will: Demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, strong business acumen, and a proven track record of delivering results and improving performance. Possess strong financial judgment, including P&L experience in developing, monitoring, and reporting on annual operating and capital budgets. Exhibit a strong bias for customer service, specifically a passion for seniors and senior living. Hold a university degree and 810 years of experience in a senior leadership role.
