We are looking for a highly skilled Creative Director to lead our talented team of designers and artists. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for innovative design. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality, on-brand work. Develop and maintain the brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and creativity. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to concept and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and conversion. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously elevate the quality and impact of our creative work. Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to team members to foster their growth and development. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in an agency or in-house creative team. Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.
