Our rapid growth is fuelled by a passionate team that believes in pushing boundaries, empowering healthier lifestyles, and delivering exceptional value to both our customers and retail partners.Position SummaryAs our National Account Executive Sales Support, you will play an integral role in ensuring the sales team is able to focus on what they do bestdriving strategic growth and fostering key customer relationships. By taking on administrative and operational tasks, you will help streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and improve efficiency. Youll be the go-to liaison for everything from major supermarkets (Woolworths, Coles) to Petrol & Convenience channels, distributor partners, and emerging customers. This position offers excellent development opportunities for a motivated self-starter looking to build a career in FMCG sales.Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative SupportCustomer Data Management (Internal): Keep our internal record-keeping systems up to date with current account information, pricing, and product details.Customer Data Management (External): Manage data portals such as GS1, PartnerHub, Coles Supplier Portal, Amazon Vendor Central and Citrus to ensure product information is accurate and timely.Reporting: Assist in preparing regular sales reports using tools like Quantium, Coles Synergy and Neilsen, ensuring their accuracy and consistency for all stakeholders.Reconciliation Support: Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of claims and accruals for key accounts (e.g., Woolworths, Coles, Amazon).Promotional Calendar Management: Maintain and update the internal promotional calendar, ensuring that all teams are informed of key dates, activities, and evolving business requirements.Account Management SupportCustomer Relationships: Serve as a central point of contact for communication and follow-up with Woolworths, Coles, Major Petrol & Convenience customers, and emerging accounts.Order Follow-Up: Monitor and track order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and timely deliveries, proactively resolving any issues, and regularly reviewing DIFOT (Delivered In Full, On Time) percentages to optimize efficiency.Sales Process ImprovementProcess Optimization: Identify and recommend improvements to sales workflows, administrative tasks, and overall efficiency.Sales Materials: Help prepare product catalogues, promotional assets, and presentation materials, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with up-to-date resources for client meetings.Communication & CoordinationInternal Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Logistics, Finance) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of sales activities.Client Coordination: Assist in scheduling and coordinating customer meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing critical follow-up actions.Demand Planning & Forecast ManagementForecast Support: Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to assist in the development and refinement of short- and long-term sales forecasts.Data Analysis: Help compile historical sales data and promotional impact analysis to inform demand planning cycles.Customer Feedback: Gather and document product feedback from customers, contributing insights to the product development team to drive innovation and improvement.Key RequirementsEducation: Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Experience: 13 years in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within FMCG, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment.Technical Proficiency: Solid grasp of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and data platforms (e.g., GS1, IRI, Q.Scan).Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to data entry, reporting, and reconciliation tasks.Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively.Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with FMCG, the food industry, and retail channels is highly advantageous.Adaptability: Thrives in a small, agile team and embraces a proactive approach to problem-solving.Customer-Focused: Demonstrates a genuine commitment to supporting both clients and the internal sales team in achieving targets and exceeding expectations.How you will SucceedBy
