The Role We are seeking bright and enthusiastic candidates for the casual Grounds Attendant position at Ocean Beach Tourist Park. Reporting to the Park Manager, this role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests. You should be friendly and enthusiastic. Guaranteed 4 days per fortnight plus additional casual hours. Availability every second weekend is required. What you will bring to the role: Excellent customer service skills Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and short-notice availability Ability to complete cleaning tasks in a timely manner Ability to work effectively in a team environment Experience in a similar role Essential requirements: First Aid Level 2 (training available) Current CPR certification (training available) National Police Check clearance upon onboarding Working with Children''s Check (NSW) or equivalent We offer regular work for suitable candidates, a stimulating work environment, and pay and conditions aligned with the Hospitality Award.
