Established in 2001, Roshana Care Group has been at the forefront of providing aged care and mental health care for over 20 years, with a commitment to high standards.About the RoleThe Kitchen Hand/Driver is responsible for providing friendly, attentive, and efficient service to our customers. They assist in delivering high-quality products while adhering to Roshana''s policies and procedures. The role involves traveling between our facilities in Carcoar NSW, Blayney NSW, and Canowindra NSW. Candidates must hold an Australian Driver''s License and be willing to travel between these locations.Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality customer service to internal and external clients, meeting prescribed standards.Prepare food and beverages according to standard operating procedures.Complete cleaning tasks as directed by the standard procedures or the Chef on duty.Ensure compliance with food safety policies and procedures.Report catering-related issues to the Chef on duty.Maintain stock levels to meet customer needs and presentation standards.Report workplace hazards immediately, such as obstructions, poor lighting, faulty equipment, or blocked exits.Travel between facilities in Carcoar NSW, Canowindra NSW, and Blayney NSW for food and product distribution.Skills, Attributes, and ExperienceValid Australian Driver''s License.Food Handlers Certificate.Previous experience as a kitchen hand in an aged care setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment.Understanding of food safety principles.Culture and Benefits:Competitive salary package based on skills and experience.On-the-job training and development opportunities.Access to Roshana Care Group Employee Assistance Program.We value diverse perspectives, experiences, and traditions.We foster a culture of compassion, respect, communication, teamwork, and integrity, supporting staff development and wellbeing.How To Apply?Submit your application by clicking Apply and attaching an updated resume and cover letter.
