KDEC Electrical & Solar are currently looking for a Finance/Business Manager to join our rapidly growing organisation located in Albury Wodonga. This role will see you working in a dynamic environment with a passionate and progressive team, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and taking responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Business.Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will take on a vital role in leading the business finance. Key responsibilities include continual review of Financial Performance, Payroll, and Supplier Management. We are not only offering an attractive salary, flexibility in working arrangements and diversity in your role but also an opportunity to join a collective of motivated individuals here at KDEC that are the foundation of our culture and the reason we love what we do every day.Key Responsibilities:Review and implementation of internal control processes and opportunities for long-term success;Management and oversight of the finance function including Daily Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable Management & Accounts Payable.Liaison with external Accountant in relation to the financial position of the group.Provide assistance to the Administration team in the support of client relations and operations in the Electrical & Solar divisions as required;Preparation and processing of weekly Payroll, Superannuation, Payroll Tax Returns, Lodgement of PAYG Returns and Apprentice subsidy.Preparation of Employment contracts & RTW Co-ordinator for Workcover claims.Additional duties as required.Skills and Related Experience:Demonstrated 5+ years of experience in a previous Financial/Business Management role;Diligence in organisational and management skills, including interpersonal relationships and team building;Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with all parties across the organisation;University Degree in Accounting or Commerce/Business is highly regarded;Extensive experience in Accounting packages primarily Xero and integrated Job Management systems;HR experience would be highly desirable but not essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr
