And now, were seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our team.THE ROLEWe are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Cyber Security Analyst to join our team in this newly created role! This role will play a critical part in protecting our organisations information systems and networks from cyber threats.As a key member of the IT team, you will be responsible for monitoring, detecting, and responding to security incidents, as well as implementing and maintaining robust security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards.Reporting into the Chief Information Officer, this role is responsible for but not limited to:Monitor and analyse network traffic for security incidents and potential threatsInvestigate and respond to security breaches and incidentsConduct vulnerability assessments and penetration testingImplement and maintain security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocolsWork with the CIO to develop and execute the security program leveraging JD Global Security Centre of ExcellenceDevelop and run security awareness programs for staffWork with the Internal Risk to conduct audits and controls assessment aligned to internal and external audit requirementsImplement Security Policies as directed by the JD Sports Global Security TeamCollaborate with IT, Technology Partners and other departments to ensure security best practices are followedStay up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends and threatsProvide training and support to staff on security awareness and best practicesWho You ArePrevious experience in a similar technical support role (2+ Years)Previous experience within Retail industry (desirable)Experience troubleshooting hardware, OS and software issuesExperience with Network configuration and supportExperience working in a team environmentIdeally systems experience with Island Pacific Dolfin (ERP) / DPOSIT (POS) or similarExperience / Accreditation with Microsoft Office365, AD, Exchange, MS Teams Admin and IntuneExperience with 3CX or similar IP Phone TechnologyExperience with Service Management Solutions, incident management, asset managementTechnicalService Management ProcessesService Management Software AdministrationIncident and Problem ManagementTicket prioritisation, logging and resolutionInfrastructureWindows and Mac PC Hardware and Operating SystemsPeripherals including A4 & Label printers, Barcode Scanners, EFTPOS MachinesNetwork hardware; firewall, routers, modems, switches, cameras, Wifi APsStore Peripherals; Clocks, TVs, DECT PhonesApple and Android phone and tablet setupNetworking and CommunicationsLAN/WAN IPv4,6 Configuration and TroubleshootingWindows and Fortinet Firewall3CX Phone SystemMicrosoft Teams RoomsSupport SoftwareJira Service Management3CX PortalHPE Aruba CentralMicrosoft Teams AdminMicrosoft Office AdminMicrosoft In-Tune AdminWHATS IN IT FOR YOU?Monthly culture committee eventsCentral CBD locationPre-pay day lunchesBirthday leaveCompetitive SalaryOne month paid parental leaveReferral bonus schemeTraining and development to evolve and shape your careerOpportunity to progress across all areas of the business including Retail, Support Office and our Distribution CentreTreat yourself with our attractive staff discount!
