The role involves scaling existing channels and developing new verticals in the AU and New Zealand markets. Success requires strong sales skills, strategic pipeline development, and a proactive approach to new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the full sales cyclefrom Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and prospecting to outreach, closing, and onboarding clients.Build and manage your pipeline using HubSpot CRM.Develop and execute outbound campaigns with tools like Lemlist.Engage prospects via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn.Target startups, tech companies, and local businesses seeking customer acquisition solutions.Qualify inbound leads and convert them into long-term clients.Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure a seamless client experience.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, supported by the team.Provide feedback to improve products, pitches, and processes.Sales & NegotiationNegotiate and close new business deals (inbound and outbound).Deliver compelling presentations and proposals.Coordinate with the sales team for smooth client transitions and target achievement.Minimum RequirementsBachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees are a plus.At least 4-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or the print industry, with a proven record of closing deals.Knowledge of the ANZ media buying market is advantageous.Strong track record in generating new business through calls, outbound efforts, events, or conferences.Successful experience in developing sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.Strong CRM and data management skills, preferably with HubSpot.Willingness to travel for meetings, training, and industry events.Active relationship builder capable of improving processes and communication workflows.Additional benefits include a competitive package (base + commission), hybrid work model, and opportunities to work from global offices for a month, including New York, Barcelona, Paris, and London. #J-18808-Ljbffr
