Shifts are based on customer demand, with a focus on weekend and before and after school hours.What You''ll BringNRMA is committed to ensuring a safe and positive customer experience. To deliver these services to our customers, we are looking for employees with the following qualifications, experiences and skills:Current Certificate 1V in Transport and Logistics and valid NSW Driving Instructor LicenceMinimum 3 years experience as a Driver Trainer in NSWWillingness to obtain/apply for TfNSW Safer Drivers Course (min module 2) accreditation before commencementWillingness to obtain/apply for Senior Assessment qualifications (will need 3 years of Driver Training experience to be eligible for this) before commencementValid NSW C class Drivers LicenceValid Working with Childrens Check (WWCC)Essential skills:Passion and dedication to help our learner drivers of today become safe and independent driversExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to exude empathy and patience in all interactionsThe ability to drive NRMA products and positive reviews through a need based selling approachExcellent communication with the ability to effectively engage with a broad spectrum of individuals spanning from differing demographics to levels of driving confidenceExceptional understanding and adherence to NSW road rules and regulationsEffective diary management and a strong work ethic, able to tightly manage time and optimise schedule to service customersAbility to confidently adapt to various customer learning styles, needs and preferencesA team player with a strong work ethic who is flexible and willing to adapt and grow with business demand and requirementsDesirable (or must have a willingness to obtain):Facilitation skills (willingness to undergo Cert IV Training and Assessment during employment)A willingness to be upskilled to deliver driver training products such as but not limited to SDC and NRMAs proprietary Corporate Driver Training programPlease note: an offer for this role will be subject to a successful In-car assessment and pre-employment checks.
