Exciting changes are on the horizon for our menu and offerings, and were seeking a passionate chef to join us for this new chapter.The RoleWe are looking for a skilled and motivated Chef or Cook to join our expanding team. This is a casual position with 4-5 days a week over the busy dry season. Were particularly keen to hear from individuals with grill experience as our menu has an amazing meat focus. We can do 200+ meals in a service period in the dry season, so time management and the ability to work under pressure is essential.This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to contribute creatively to our evolving menu, develop new food offerings, and design event-specific menus from scratch. Youll play a key role in shaping the future of our dining experience and exploring new revenue streams.What Were Looking ForTo succeed in this role, youll need:Proven experience as a chef or cook, with strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices.Time management and the ability to work under pressure is essential.Ability to work cohesively in a dynamic yet small team.A passion for menu and recipe development.Flexibility with hours and availability including weekdays and weekends.Attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and in a team.While formal trade qualifications are desirable, they are not essential.
