Its about real people, in real places, doing real things.About the Board:The Board of Directors are responsible to lead Prelude Australia in its Object and Charitable Purpose as outlined in the Prelude Australia Constitution and implemented in the Strategic Plan and annual Budget. The Board of Directors are responsible for the overall governance and risk management of the organisation aligned with all relevant legislation and compliance requirements under the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) and Australian Charities and Not For Profit Commission (ACNC).About our Future:We are hoping to connect with passionate and driven people who will provide support in line with our core values of Respect, Collaboration and Creating Opportunities.
