This team is embedded within a diverse customer environment and is critical in the successful execution of the unit mission statement preparing helicopter aircrew for combat.About Your RoleThis role provides management and oversight for the maintenance of the Synthetic Training Environment (STE) at HATS, which consists of 3x Flight Simulators (EC135), 2x Virtual Reality Trainers, 2x Tactical Part Task Trainers, 2x DeskTop Trainers, 1 Marshalling Virtual Reality Trainer and the schools internal ICT system.
