At full capacity, the centre will be home to 110 children. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to make a brand new service their own.We are looking for a strong leader with experience in managing an early learning centre. You must demonstrate a proven ability to use your communication skills to persuade, engage, inspire, and motivate a team of passionate Early Childhood Educational and Care professionals to deliver optimal learning outcomes for the families served.About youDiploma or Bachelor''s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalentMinimum of 2-3 years of continuous experience in a CM role or higher in a long daycare settingStrong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning FrameworkInherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staffWillingness to continue professional development and contribute to ongoing learningExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families and the wider communityStrong organisational and time management skillsIf this sounds like your next career move, or if you are exploring your career and do not know if this is right for you, then apply, and we can discuss it further. #J-18808-Ljbffr
