Garnishes, weighs, wraps, labels and merchandises bakery products.Daily tasks and responsibilities:Maintains current product knowledge of bakery items.Moves product filled oven racks. Un-trays product from baking pans onto packaging. Garnishes baked goods according to item requirements; stacks used baking pans on pan dollies.Scales finished product and records on weight verification sheets.Packages and wraps baked goods by hand or wrapping machine according to merchandise manual.Uses racks or carts to move or stock wrapped product onto tables and pallets. Responsible to maintain date rotation and merchandising presentation throughout the day.Assists with other bakery duties as needed.Follows SSOP guidelines as it refers to proper cleaning and sanitation of all equipment required by this position.Completes and complies with 11 Commandments of Quality Assurance, Food Safety Certification and all Safety training required by warehouse and department.Non-Essential Functions and Tasks:Assists with front end duties as necessary.Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.Applicant must have 7 days per week availability, must be able to work minimum 24 hours per week.Job Ref: AU2137W.000432Location: Melbourne - West #J-18808-Ljbffr
