Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.In the role of Senior Business Banking Manager, you will join the Wagga Business Banking team thats doubling down on customer obsession/moving with speed/keeping it simple/owning it/winning together.Each day, youll go above and beyond to:Develop and manage a portfolio of key business/agricultural banking clients and referral partnersUncover new business and referral opportunities while cultivating, growing, and utilising your mature network of internal and external contactsMaintain and enhance your portfolios credit risk profile while maximising profitabilityInitiate solutions to stimulate customer growth in the local market and implement yearly business plans for your complex portfolioAssume responsibility for profit & loss statements, overseeing revenue, lending balances, and deposit expansionWere looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
