This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that enhance effective and efficient service delivery, upholding compliance with all NDIS policies, and fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the organisation. The Operations Manager will continue to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including participants, families, and support workers.To be considered for this role, you must be an experienced operations management professional with extensive knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). You have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy interfacing with clients and stakeholders on a daily basis, and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Coupled with your ability to see the bigger picture, you are detail-oriented and have a strategic mindset that helps you optimise general business functions.
