Fluid Recruitment are working with a blue-chip financial services organisation on a key global hire.About the client -You will be working for a well-known financial services global partner in specialising in managing securitised products and structured finance assets. My client provide secured financing across various silos such as financial services, property and real estate, as well as commercial products.Our clients Credit Risk Management team is integral to every stage of underwriting and portfolio oversight, conducting independent evaluations and recommending risk-based decisions.The Opportunity -This role is for a high-performing Senior Credit Risk Manager to join their friendly and high performing team. You will play a pivotal role in underwriting, structuring, and monitoring lending facilities. You will also be responsible for collaborating across various entities, providing deep analytical insights and helping shape investment decisions across complex and structured credit transactions.This role is ideal for professionals with 5+ years in investment banking, structured finance, or capital markets.Key Responsibilities -Conduct deep-dive credit and market analysis to support new lending opportunities and portfolio reviews.Partner with the Portfolio Management, and Analytics teams to structure deals and monitor performance across the life cycle.Lead independent risk assessment on deals, articulating views on client/sponsor credit, collateral quality, and structural risks.Draft and present investment committee offerings, highlighting risks and recommendations.Propose structural enhancements for higher-risk transactions to achieve acceptable risk/reward balance.Contribute to stress testing, scenario analysis, and market intelligence efforts.Monitor key risk trends in the portfolio and escalate concerns to senior leadership as appropriate.Support risk and reporting projects, including those for rating agencies and investors.About You -5+ years in investment banking, capital markets, or structured credit.Strong background in securitised or collateralised lending products.Deep understanding of credit risk and experience within a bank, credit fund, or structured finance platform.Hands-on financial modelling and due diligence capabilities.Strong communication skills and be confident in presenting to internal stakeholders and challenging assumptions when needed.Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.Degree-qualified, ideally with a track record of academic excellence.What my client offersA high-impact role with visibility across the group''s senior leadership.Exposure to some of the most complex and innovative financing structures in the market.Collaborative, high-performance culture that fosters professional growth.Competitive compensation and benefits aligned with experience.Ready to shape the future of structured finance risk?
