Driving innovation in Library Experience and Research Services, you will lead a team of frontline client service officers and experts to deliver exceptional, equitable support and spaces that foster discovery, wellbeing and a sense of belonging. You will be highly analytical and a proactive problem-solver, capable of autonomous judgment and strategic implementation. You excel at navigating change, fostering strong stakeholder relationships through effective consultation and communication, and contribute to a collaborative, inclusive environment.
