Job Description - Food and Beverage Supervisor - glass brasserie (HOT0BKHE)Job Number:HOT0BKHEWork Location:Hilton Sydney, 488 George Street, Sydney 2000A Food & Beverage Supervisor in glass brasserie will be responsible for supervising the operations of this fine dining restaurant to deliver an excellent guest and team member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.What will I be doing?A glass brasserie Food and Beverage Supervisor will be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved.
