Job Title: Supply and Inventory Planner (Full Time)Location: Melbourne (South East Suburbs) In-office three days per weekReports to: Supply Chain & Operations ManagerAbout FUNDAY:FUNDAY Natural Sweets is on a mission to redefine the confectionery category with better-for-you, deliciously fun lollies. We''re all about creating sweet treats that bring joy and are better for you.As we continue to grow at speed, were on the lookout for a Supply & Inventory Planner whos highly organised, solutions-focused, and ready to make an impact. Youll play a key role in managing stock across our supply chain, coordinating with our manufacturers and co-packers, and ensuring FUNDAY products land in the right place at the right time (with no sugar-induced stress).What Youll Be Doing:Supply PlanningDevelop and manage supply forecasts that align with demand, sales trends, and seasonal shifts.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and NPD to support product launches and promo activity.Maintain optimal inventory levels - not too much, not too little, just sweet enough.Coordinate co-packer production schedules to ensure timely supply.Book and track shipments with freight providers from dispatch through to delivery.Oversee day-to-day inventory management across all SKUs and warehouses.Implement stock control procedures that reduce waste and improve accuracy.Lead stocktakes and reconciliations with the logistics team to ensure systems match reality.Monitor product movement and storage efficiency to keep operations smooth.Raise and manage purchase orders based on forecasted demand and stock coverage.Build and maintain great relationships with suppliers and co-manufacturers.Track supplier performance and resolve delivery or quality hiccups quickly.Stay across production timelines to ensure we hit delivery dates without drama.Partner with Logistics, Quality, and Commercial teams to keep the supply chain flowing.Proactively communicate risks, changes, or opportunities to internal stakeholders.Provide regular updates to senior management on stock levels, supplier performance, and key metrics.What You Need to Succeed:2+ years of experience in inventory control and/or supply planning (FMCG experience = a big plus).Comfortable using inventory management systems and a wizard in Excel.Laser-sharp attention to detail nothing slips through the cracks.Great communicator and natural collaborator across teams.Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.Always looking for ways to improve systems, streamline processes, and make things better.The Perks:Be part of a fun, fast-growing brand thats disrupting the confectionery space.Work alongside a supportive and passionate team that loves what they do.Hybrid role with flexibility 3 days in the office.Oh, and endless lollies.
