In collaboration with the Claims Officers, Injury Management Specialists and other CMI customers and stakeholders, you will ensure durable and timely return to work outcomes are achieved whilst keeping the customer at the centre of everything you do.Your main responsibilities include:Proactively handle all aspects of claims management in alignment with legislation and business rulesCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop claims strategiesEngage Account Managers at an appropriate time to identify opportunities to improve performance or resolve issuesDeliver exceptional customer service and maintain high organisational standardsAbout you:Your education, experience and skills will include:Experience in claims managementMinimum 2-3 years Workers Compensation experienceCompetent in the use of Adobe and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and ExcelAn ability to work effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholdersSound organisational skills and ability to prioritise a high workloadExcellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of medical terminologyDemonstrated behaviours aligned to our company values and culture - we care, we work together, we make a differenceWhat we offer:Supportive and collaborative team culture7.25-hour days, Monday to Friday5 weeks annual leave plus 20% leave loading18 days personal leave & 3 days family and emergency leavePaid Parental Leave for permanent employees (super paid on paid parental leave)Additional company holidays at Easter and ChristmasAccess to onsite gym and onsite parkingReward and Recognition program to celebrate your successRetailer discounts through Smart Spending AppAccess to Employee Assistance Program and novated leasingAbout us:Coal Services is a Specialised Health and Safety Scheme that provides an integrated suite of services to help identify, assess, monitor, and control many risks inherent in the NSW coal mining industry.
