Visit our website or YouTube channel to learn more.The RoleAs the Contract Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of TasWaters contract management platforms. You will lead the administration of contract data and the supplier pre-qualification process, providing subject matter expertise to enhance compliance, performance, and contractor engagement. Working collaboratively across business units, you will help ensure our systems, processes, and communications reflect best practice and support continuous improvement throughout the contract life cycle.Key Responsibilities:Lead the administration and governance of TasWaters contract management systems, including data integrity, contract maintenance, lifecycle monitoring and reporting.Manage the supplier pre-qualification platform, including contractor verifications, risk management, and provision of internal and external stakeholder support to ensure compliance and efficiency.Develop training materials, user guides, and deliver workshops to support both internal teams and external contractors in understanding contract compliance requirements.Provide guidance to contract owners and project teams to enhance contract lifecycle processes and contractor engagement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business integration, performance reporting, and continuous improvement of contract management practices.Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring all contract and contractor activities align with TasWaters Work Health and Safety policies and expectations.What we''re looking forYou will bring strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative approach to managing contract and supplier systems.
