Charlestown Square is the largest shopping and entertainment destination in the Hunter region with over 250 specialty stores.In this pivotal role, you''ll work closely with the Centre Management Team to align brand positioning with innovative, omnichannel campaigns and in-centre activations that captivate customers, collaborate cross-functionally to elevate retailer engagement, and leverage insights to continually refine our strategies.With a fresh approach and big plans to drive key campaigns between New Season and Christmas to reinforce our Biggest and Best proposition, the team at Charlestown Square is engaged around an exciting future.What you will be doingLeading the development and execution of annual marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Delivering compelling campaigns across digital, in-centre, and social channels to drive traffic and sales.Driving in-centre activations that enhance customer experience and drive retailer engagement.Analysing market trends and research to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.Overseeing content planning and performance to ensure consistent, on-brand messaging.Managing the marketing budget, reporting, and forecasting to ensure financial accuracy and impact.Collaborating with internal teams to maximise on-brand income opportunities and customer experience and contributing to the delivery of the retailer engagement strategy.What makes you stand outTo be considered you will require proven experience in marketing strategy and campaign delivery in a retail or shopping centre environment.
