In this role, youll be at the heart of driving our process enhancements whilst managing end-to-end recruitment for our corporate business; hires ranging from early careers through to mid-senior level, with the opportunity to lean into our blue-collar hiring. You will provide guidance to the business on hiring best practices, the evolving market and support our mission to position Ausgrid as an employer of choice. Your focus on delivering a top-tier candidate experience will be key in attracting the talent that will help shape our future!Responsibilities include:Leading the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad range of hires across our corporate business, ensuring a seamless, efficient and positive candidate & hiring leader experience.Supporting continuous improvements across our talent acquisition processes, identifying opportunities for innovation to enhance efficiency and outcomes.Providing expert advice and guidance to hiring managers and business leaders on recruitment best practices, industry trends, market insights and talent strategies.Developing and implementing proactive strategies to engage high-quality talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.Championing a best-in-class candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all applicants.Playing a key role in promoting Ausgrids EVP, ensuring our brand resonates with top talent in the market.Create compelling, targeted marketing campaigns to attract and engage talent, leveraging both traditional and digital channels.Utilise tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search to map the market, identify and engage with the best talent, ensuring Ausgrid stays ahead of the curve in a competitive market.Spark our Interest!Our hiring decisions are not only based on your experience and skills, but your passion, attitude and alignment to our core values.The successful candidate will be a proactive, solution-driven recruiter, ideally with experience working within a regulated environment and working to an Enterprise Agreement and recruitment policies. You will be passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience, with a genuine commitment to improving the recruitment journey for all stakeholders. As a confident negotiator, youll be driven to achieve positive outcomes for both candidates and the business, whilst keeping up to date with evolving market trends and changes.To be successful, you will have the following skills and experience:Proven experience in full lifecycle Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally with experience in technical hiring, with the ability to manage influxes of high volumes.Strong knowledge of best practice recruitment methods and market trends, with the ability to advise business leaders and hiring managers.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, to build relationships and influence across various levels of the organisation.Experience in managing early careers recruitment and supporting employer branding initiatives.Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and other sourcing tools to engage top talent and map the market effectively.A confident negotiator with drive to achieve positive results and outcomes for all.The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Powerpoint and Word - experience with SAP SuccessFactors an added bonus!Life at AusgridAt Ausgrid, we go beyond just a competitive salary to offer an exciting range of benefits designed to support your financial, health, and personal well-being!
