In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties in the Bathurst NSW 2795 region. The role involves providing outstanding customer service to both landlords and tenants, ensuring properties are maintained to a high standard, and maximising occupancy and rental returns for property owners.What you''ll be doingEffectively managing a portfolio of residential rental propertiesLeasing vacant properties by advertising, conducting inspections, and securing new tenantsConducting regular property inspections and organising maintenance and repairs as neededHandling tenancy inquiries, processing rent payments, and managing disputesAdvising landlords on market conditions, recommended rents, and strategies to optimise returnsEnsuring compliance with all relevant residential tenancy legislation and regulationsDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractorsWhat we''re looking forExperience in residential property management is great however not essential.Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and contractorsExcellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitaskSound knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulationsProficiency in using property management software and databasesA positive, proactive, and solution-focused attitudeA current driver''s licence and access to a vehicleWhat we offerAt LJ Hooker Bathurst, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
