You will handle appointments, phone enquiries, billing, records keeping and other ad hoc administrative duties while supporting our medical team with efficiency.With a strong focus on confidentiality, communication and collaboration, the successful candidate will be a vital part of our patient-centred environment. If you are organised, people-focused and ready to make a difference, apply today!Key Skills And ExperienceComputer literacy including Microsoft Office suite of programs.Proven experience in medical administration, ideally within a hospital.Experience with Patient Management Systems will be essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to comfortably and confidently work in a varied team of doctors, nurses, pathologists, administrators and non-clinical staff.Certificate in Medical Terminology highly regarded.RemunerationA base hourly rate of $33.92 + superannuation, based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
