As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and maximising performance for Zeta Bar.As Bar Manager, you will have full responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the bar, the bar team, driving focus on hospitality and overall service of the venue. You will stand in as the venue ambassador and internal advocate for exceptional guest experience. You are responsible for daily operations, staffing, overall performance and efficiency of the bar and beverage program while ensuring consistent quality of beverage. You will be working within the Food & Beverage Department.You are the champion of the venue, tasked with mentoring all service teams with a high emphasis on education, constantly improving standards and quality of the bar and beverage service, instilling a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and personal development.
