The role will be vital in overall operations and project delivery and is an opportunity to work on iconic projects with an award-winning builder.To be successful in this challenging role, you must:Have demonstrated experience in administering high value head contracts and subcontracts.Have demonstrated experience in managing large claim assessments.Have a demonstrated ability to prepare, assess and submit variations for both contract and subcontractors.Exposure/experience in estimating is desirable but not essential.Be confident in building effective working relationships with project managers and team members.Be customer-focused and able to build strong relationships with our sub-contractors, clients, and their representatives.Have previous experience in, or ability to learn Aconex, Cheops, Hammertech, Cubit and MSSuite.Site Meeting attendance and minute taking.Preparation of Monthly Project Reports in conjunction with the Project Manager.Those who display experience in a similar role or have tertiary qualifications in construction management will have a distinct advantage.Why Join Us:We offer a secure remuneration package with a competitive salary reflecting your skills and experience, as well as:Salary continuance insurance.Discounted private health insurance.Workplace flexibility.Training and development opportunities.Support and mentoring from some of the industrys leading experts.Working progressive company with a positive culture that genuinely puts its people above all else.Four weeks annual leave plus an additional five paid leisure days.How to Apply:Does this sound like you?
