Together, advancing healthcare.Job DescriptionAbout the roleWe have an exciting opportunity to join the Darwin team as a Customer Service Representative on a full time basis. As the first point of contact for our customers, your role is varied and a critical support to the rest of the team.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Manage all phone and email enquiries from both new and existing customers.Process customer purchase orders into the system.Respond to customer queries, concerns or problems effectively, escalating appropriately when required.Provide guidance and support for customers navigating online ordering including password resets.Work closely with the sales and operations team to find solutions for customers - this might be around stock, deliveries, pricing queries, urgent next day deliveries, item substitutes etc.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat will you bring?The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:Previous customer service experience is a MUST.Well organised and self-disciplined to manage your workload.Excellent communication skills with the ability to build good relationships with customers.Enthusiastic and motivated team player.TSS is an equal opportunity employer and we encourage people from diverse backgrounds to apply.
