Bet Right Darwin, Northern Territory, AustraliaCustomer Service Officer - Darwin BasedBet Right is looking for a full time Customer Service, or as we like to call it a Client Advocacy Officer to join our Darwin Office. The role requires someone who is a problem solver with a passion to help and advocate for our clients.YOU WILL:Report to the COO, working alongside the Head of Market Making and Digital OperationsAdvocate on behalf of our clientsAttend to calls/live chats/emails from clients in an open, friendly mannerEnsure that you are up to date with the sports/race wagering landscapeCollaborate effectively across teams whilst advocating for our clientsWork with the Operations team to establish, update and maintain a promotional calendar for all relevant sports marketsContribute to the creation, maintenance and compliance of all creative assets for owned, paid and earned mediaEnsure adherence to policies and procedures in accordance with corporate governance and legal/compliance requirementsStay up-to-date with new industry and marketing trends, new channels, partners and strategies for potential incorporation into BetTubes Growth programmeHelp to build a culture that aligns with BetTubes MissionYOU HAVE:Minimum:1-3+ years experience in customer serviceStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAn ability to work independently and hit the ground runningPreferred But Not Required:Experience working in a start-up or early stage technology-enabled businessExperience working with wagering and sports businessesYOU ARE:Passionate about fast growing, tech-enabled businessesProactive, ambitious, and responsible: you take ownership of your workComfortable delivering value in dynamic and ambiguous environmentsComfortable communicating challenges to senior management and enlisting support when neededA strategic thinker, with the ability to also roll up your sleeves and execute on near-term goalsBe a proactive, motivated individual who is always thinking outside the box and looking for ways we can better serve our clientsComfortable with a flexible working roster across all 7 days of the weekWhy work at Bet Right?The opportunity to partake in the growth of a new wagering operator that is determined to challenge the perception of what it means to be a bookmakerThe opportunity to learn directly from experienced industry professionalsEnergised start-up culture, where you will observe the direct effect of your work on company outcomesWho are we?Founded in 2019, BetTube Corporation began based on data analytics, machine learning and AI.
