The Marketing Team operates within the wider Marketing, Communications, Events, Fundraising, and Partnerships team, all driven by growing awareness, enquiries, and funds to continue to support genUs programs and opportunities for our clients.The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and delivering key messages, campaigns, and content for the Marketing Team to grow brand awareness, leads, nurture current client and partner relationships.Some of your responsibilities:Design email templates, write compelling copy, and optimise for open and click-through ratesSegment email lists to ensure personalised and targeted campaignsTrack and analyse the performance of email campaigns and recommend improvementsDigital communications and marketingCampaign development, content creation for digital and social media, advertising, print production, and promotional activitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTokCreate engaging, on-brand content including graphics, videos, and written postsWriting, proofreading, and researching, with the ability to craft and refine content tailored to diverse audiences in a clear and engaging mannerManaging website analytics tools, including Google AnalyticsConducting website audits and implementing updates for optimisation and accessibility requirementsSupporting the wider communications, events and fundraising teams with content and campaigns as requiredMinimum requirements:Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainCert IV in disability, community services, employment services or a related fieldCurrent NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate of completion or willingness to obtainA tertiary qualification in relevant discipline and/or relevant work experience that could be equated to tertiary qualifications2-3 years experience in digital marketing, social media, content creationExperience with dynamic content and audience segmentationExperience in email marketing campaigns across a range of detailed audiencesPhotography and Videography skillsFor You!genu staff have access to a range of benefits, including but not limited to the following:Investment in You: In addition to a comprehensive induction program & ongoing professional development, genU is committed to providing opportunities for career progression.
