This is an extended recruitment pool, and as such the following should be noted:The panel will monitor this recruitment pool for applications and will assess on a regular basis.Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur.Appointments may be made from this pool until 31/12/2025.Position Profile: In conjunction with the Regional Manager Human Resources, this position provides effective and efficient delivery of HR Services to the South West.In addition, this position provides a consultancy and advisory service to management and staff on all aspects of Human Resources Management, and provides advice and support to managers in the implementation of change processes, in alignment with organisational priorities and public sector standards.Area Profile: The South West is located in the southern-western corner of Australia and covers an area of nearly 24,000 square kilometres. It is Western Australias most popular tourist destination and has unique biodiversity and a rich natural environment. The Regional Health Service offers two (2) main health facilities at Bunbury and Busselton.
