We are looking for an Associate Investment Analyst to join our Real Assets team.The role''s key responsibility is Investment Research and to participate in Frontiers investment research program, expand Frontiers intellectual capital and add value to clients portfolios by:Contributing to Real Assets (Property) research papers and/or projects within agreed timeframes, with appropriate peer review and in the appropriate format.Collecting, analysing and disseminating relevant investment research to ensure knowledge levels are at an appropriate standard.Providing strong support to the Property and Infrastructure Research Team Leader and senior team members, including effectively contributing to idea development and undertaking assigned projects.Being an active participant in the manager research process, including the manager review and rating process, the preparation of due diligence documents such as annual reviews, manager assessments and other documents.Providing high quality and timely investment advisory support to clients, including analytical work (e.g. real assets sector advice and analysis, portfolio analysis and monitoring of mandates), drafting reports.The following capabilities are requirements of the position:Appropriate tertiary qualifications.Some experience within analysis and research, investment consulting, real asset/property research, corporate finance advisory, or a related field focused on real assets.An understanding of real assets such as commercial real estate, REIT, infrastructure or similar.Strong financial modelling skills and ability to build models and undertake independent analysis in MS Excel and/or other software tools.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate at all levels.Youll be joining a collaborative and friendly firm and team with a values and purpose-driven culture.Work with industry leading experts and some of the nations largest institutional investors.Regular learning and development opportunities.Paid study leave and attendance at industry events.An additional week of paid leave each year.Progressive paid parental leave policy for both primary and secondary caregivers.Corporate social responsibility policy including extra volunteer leave.If you are interested, we would love to hear from you.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionResearch, Analyst, and FinanceIndustriesFinancial Services, Real Estate, and Investment Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
