They source, build, develop, and sell their own residential apartment and mixed-use projects in the Sydney metropolitan area, and have a huge development pipeline of over 3000 apartments.The roleA position has become available for a Sales Administrator to join their high performing team. This is an integral role within the company as you will be responsible for supporting the sales team with all their administration with the sale of off the plan apartments in multiple locations in Sydney. Key responsibilities will include:Assisting Team members with General Business & Administrative ProjectsManage Sales Cycle from Deposit, Exchange, including GovernanceManage & Co-Ordinate Trust Receipts, Settlement PreparationAssist Team with Valuers, Pre-Settlement Inspections, & HandoversAssist with Organising & Attend Events Including Sales Launch DaysSkills & experienceAs a Sales Administrator, you must have experience in residential real estate or have worked for a developer previously.
