Reporting to the Engineering Manager in Northmead, you will work as part of a small team to provide effective end-to-end management of multiple capital projects. The role also provides site engineering support to meet business requirements. The role covers Northmead, Eastern Creek, Tennyson, and Peats Ridge.What will you be doing?Manage projects from concept to handover including scope, time, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.Apply technical knowledge and experience to the review of proposals and designs to ensure optimal outcomes for CCEP.Evaluate, plan, and implement capital works and major maintenance (capital) work to meet or improve business performance.Optimise the use of external resources on tasks through the development of accurate specifications of work, effective contractor management, supervision, and planning.Deliver timely solutions to projects for CCEPs Supply Chain in line with the operations objectives.Work with site engineering providing technical support as required.Ensure personnel, plant, and equipment safety, environmental and quality requirements are met through the application of CCEPs work management systems, standards, and procedures.Lets talk about you!Engineering Degree, ideally with experience in FMCG Factory Automation or Process Engineering.Experience in a manufacturing or operations sector.Experience in FMCG, ideally within a beverage or food manufacturing environment.You will have experience in complex projects including exposure to the different aspects of the project life cycle.Demonstrated experience in effectively managing and influencing multiple level stakeholders.Whats in it for you?At CCEP, you can expect an attractive package including staff product allowance as well as a broad range of discounts and benefits from a range of partners!
