If you thrive on professional challenge, value multidisciplinary collaboration, and are driven by purpose and impact wed love to hear from you.What You''ll be DoingTo deliver specialist psychological and psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, interventions and consultation in order to address the needs of consumers who are living with complex mental health problems and disorders.The role also participates in the evaluation of clinical outcomes of services and assists in the development and provision of education and training programs. Completion of an Australian Psychology Accreditation Council accredited postgraduate Clinical Psychology qualification of no less than two years full time duration or recognised equivalent.Demonstrated competence in a wide range of psychological assessments and evidence-based psychological treatments delivered on an individual and/or group basis.Demonstrated experience working independently in the provision of patient/consumer-focused care.Demonstrated knowledge of the quality improvement process for service development, implementation and evaluation.Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team to accomplish service goals and improved patient and/or consumer care and outcomes.Demonstrated high level verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the target audience.Need more information?1) Click here for the Position Description2) Find out more about applying for this position.Additional InformationSalary PackagingSouth Western Sydney Local Health District employees are able to enjoy the benefits of salary packing.
