Bring your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Experience (CE) and Field Services to support the project and BAU needs.Reporting to the functional Applications Team Leader, you will have the opportunity to combine technical expertise to administer and support systems, participate in small-scale projects, and contribute to strategic initiatives within the Applications Team and broader internal IT Team. Your exceptional communication skills, curious nature and big picture mindset will aid your success.Your days will include;Providing technical support for CHLs organisational systems, including MS Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, Field Services), HR (Dayforce), Rostering, Operational and Clinical systemsConfiguring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights, Field Service) using configurations, workflows, and basic customisation tools to meet evolving business needsProviding technical support and expertise for issue resolution, including complex and escalated problemsManaging application security roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access and data integrityConducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing end-user support and trainingContributing to the design and implementation of application enhancements and upgradesCollaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise to drive solutions and resolve issuesMaintaining awareness of emerging IT trends and their potential impact on our applicationsCreating and maintaining knowledge articles, ensuring that application information and data remain current, accurate, and readily accessible to relevant stakeholdersThe ideal applicant will have the ability to identify and resolve issues, thinking creatively to develop effective solutions in addition to;Degree qualified in a relevant Information Technology discipline3-5 years'' demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining organisational systemsProven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques.Experience building solutions using MS D365 best practices and deploying D365 solutions to higher environmentsStrong understanding of systems integration principles across business applications, including MS Dynamics 365 (CE, Field Services), MS Forms Pro, and MS Logic Apps - EssentialDemonstrated experience configuring and customising MS D365 environments and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Experience in building and maintaining databases for query and problem trackingWorking knowledge of ITIL frameworkExperience in developing and interpreting technical documentation for training and end-user procedures.Knowledge of Dynamics 365 reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)Strong capability and technical knowledge of application systems such as Dynamics CRM, ServiceNow, and SharePointBroad knowledge of programming languages and techniquesKnowledge and understanding of security models as implemented in business applications.Knowledge of the aged care, health, or related sector - desirableWillingness to obtain Police CheckWhat we can offer you as an employee of Catholic HealthcareNot-for-profit tax benefits - pay less taxFitness Passport - discounted gym benefitsPaid Parental leavePaid Family leave, additional days off each yearLong Service leave after 5 yearsA values-based organisation that welcomes applicants from all faiths and backgroundsIf youre looking for a role where you can make a positive impact in a rewarding organisation like ours, wed love to hear from you.Apply online now!Catholic Healthcare acknowledges the Traditional Owners and Custodians of the lands on which we live, work and dream.
