We act for humanity.About the roleThis position supports the day-to-day delivery of Australian Red Crosss marketing and communication initiatives to help amplify our impact across communities. Reporting through to the Senior Manager Marketing and Communication, Partnerships & Philanthropy, this role is accountable for ensuring the team delivers strategic marketing and communication campaigns for both internal and external audiences.Day to day you willDevelop and deliver strategic marketing and communications plans that drive impact, support corporate partnership and revenue growth, and contribute to positive humanitarian outcomes.Craft compelling content and campaigns that bring our mission to life and inspire action from supporters, donors, and partners.Advocate for assigned portfolios, championing their needs and bringing together cohesive strategies in alignment with the overarching strategic calendar.Work closely with cross-functional senior stakeholders to develop accurate marketing and communication briefs that clearly define objectives, budgets, deadlines, and expectations.Ensure that the voice of our customers is heard, listened to, and responded to respectfully throughout our campaigns and responses.Lead strategic discussions around long-term revenue generation and ways to increase public awareness and engagement with key advocacy initiatives.Drive integrated campaigns, using insights and impact data, that deliver measurable results, support fundraising, advocacy, and awareness, and stay true to our purpose.Take part in on-call crisis management roster.What you will bringStrong written and verbal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.Substantial experience in marketing and communication, with experience in planning, developing, and implementing impactful campaigns.Demonstrated ability in presenting creative and innovative ideas, opportunities, and delivering solutions both to internal and external audiences.Proven track record in project management, building relationships with key stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.Experience in managing multiple internal and external partners to deliver integrated campaigns that achieve market-shifting results.Substantial brand/marketing and communications knowledge and experience.Benefits that act for you, while you act for humanityFinancial wellbeing: Take advantage of salary packaging that provides you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay.
